It's been just over a year since Jena and Freddie Dudeck said "I Do". We want to say Happy Anniversary by re-blogging some of our favorite wedding pictures. Jena and Freddie share a love of sports, a love of taking walks, a love of family, and a love for each other. Their wedding pictures tell a story of two fun-loving people who couldn't be happier.

Jena and Freddie shared their first date at Starbucks. What an adorable way to capture the tiny details of the things that brought you together!

The bright summer colors of Fuchsia, Violet, Lime and Orange were a beautiful sight to see on this sunny July day.

The wedding party attire, including Jena's beautiful gown and accessory ensemble were all from Michelle's Bridal & Tuxedo, in Urbana, IL.

"I chose Michelle's Bridal because of two friends of mine. One of my friends got married 2 years ago and she found her dress there and she loved the experience. My other friend would always go with her daughter and get her high school dance dress there at M2. Loved the service, prices, and atmosphere."

The amazing summer flowers were provided by Jan the Flower Girl, in Manteno, IL

Jena spotted Freddie for the first time at her former high school's Homecoming football game. Because they were both coaches, their paths would soon cross again at a swim meet. Sounds like it was meant to be?!

The wedding party had a blast playing a little football to pass the time on Jena and Freddie's wedding day. They didn't have anything more important to do, did they?

Photographer Ryan Timm of Ryan Timm Photography, in Bourbonnais, IL captured some serious and not so serious action on this big day!

" My favorite part of the day was seeing how many people came to share in our day. At the church especially and then seeing how it carried over to the reception. It was a great feeling. And of course getting to marry my best friend!"

jena_1 When Freddie proposed to Jena, he made sure it was at a special spot. He popped the question at Perry Farm, near Jena's Grandpa's tree, which was planted in his honor in 2005. They visited the tree often on their walks. jena_10Jena and Freddie chose to highlight that special moment, and to continue the blessing of her Grandpa watching down on their wedding day, by choosing a tree for their centerpiece. "We had a tree made in honor of my grandpa and his tree. Tree represented where Freddie proposed and where everything took place." jena_11 "My wedding day was everything I wanted. I got to marry my best friend and share the day with people we love. It was perfect!"
Whether it's a special place like a tree, a football game, or a cup of coffee that last three hours, you never forget the precious moments that bind you together, and bring you to this place where you are today.
Be blessed and forever happy together in your marriage, Jena and Freddie. Thank you for sharing your wonderful story with us.
