First Looks before the Wedding
First Looks before the Wedding
Dec 16, 2014
For many years wedding photographers have been suggesting to Brides and Grooms to take pictures before the wedding. Some couples may hesitate sighting the tradition that seeing the Bride before the wedding is bad luck. However, nowadays many Brides and Grooms choose to enjoy an intimate "first look" prior to the ceremony, and it's proving to be an amazing part of new wedding day traditions.
Here are some of our favorite first look moments captured by Mark Romine Photography
Seeing your soon to be spouse is an exciting, often emotional moment. Plan your first look for a quite, peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of everyone getting ready.
The Bride looks beautiful, and the Groom so handsome. Take time to express how amazing your partner looks. Believe it or not, you might forget to tell them later! This precious moment before the tears and the hugs and the crushed flowers will never come again. First looks can be one of the most amazing part of the day, when you look and feel your best!
Your day will be filled with non-stop excitement. Take these few precious moments alone to enjoy each other and the day you have planned for.
That doesn't mean you can't GET EXCITED! You've planned and stressed and waited for this moment and finally your big day is here!
Share your excitement! Don't forget to tell your Bride or Groom how excited you are to be sharing this day with them, their family and all of your friends!
"Each of the moments that you see above only lasted for a few seconds, then they vanished. Its photos like these, the photos of relationships that people love! This is what people love to look back on after the wedding is over. They want to be reminded about how they felt on that day..." Mark Romine
